Dr. Meshal Shutaywi is an assistant professor in the Mathematics Department at Science and Art College in Rabigh. After pursuing his bachelor’s degree from King AbdulAziz University and his master’s degree from Texas Woman University, USA, in mathematics, he was promoted as a lecturer at Science and Art College in Rabigh in 2012. He received a scholarship to pursue his doctorate’s degree in the USA. He then got his Doctor of Philosophy in Operation Research from Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) in 2019.

    During his studies in the USA, he participated in several scientific conferences, including International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence and Mathematics (ISAIM), SIAM International Conference on Data Mining, Florida Conference on Recent Advances in Robotics, and International Conference on Mathematics of Data Science. Dr. Shutaywi is a member of the American Mathematical Society (AMS). When served as the president, Saudi Student Union at FIT was awarded the 2nd place by Saudi Arabia Cultural Mission (SACM) among more than 350 Saudi clubs as well as awarded by FIT for the winning Club for two consecutive semesters.
